The Restaurants at the Epicuriales of Liège 2026
Every year, the Épicuriales brings together eighteen Liège-based restaurateurs in the Parc de la Boverie. Eighteen venues, eighteen cuisines, eighteen reasons to come back the next day. From bistronomy to world cuisine, from local produce to more creative dishes: the line-up is varied, sophisticated, and refreshed every year.
The principle is simple: you wander freely from tent to tent, creating your own menu, and linger wherever the smell is best.
