For his first article — the first in a long series — on the Epicuriales Blog, the food writer Guy Delville returns to recent openings in the Liège region. He gives us a good list of new restaurants in Liège to (re)discover, to our greatest pleasure:

We have completely renovated and rejuvenated the premises with happiness and good taste. We have also given it a youthful and adventurous feel to delight the regulars of this sparkling establishment.
