Drinks by the Meuse

When you are told «on the Meuse» in Liège, that's exactly where it's happening, right opposite the Aquarium. A boat, docked, that floats: Drinks by the Meuse. The view of the river is breathtaking, with the city of Liège in the background, as well as the barges drifting by nonchalantly.

Among the generous selection of seafood served, you can also enjoy (from €9) shrimp, lobsters, crab, prawns, whelks, periwinkles, oysters, lobster bisque, smoked salmon, and even Belgian caviar. An impressive choice of platters is also on offer (€112 and €152), showcasing oysters (Gillardeau, fine, and flat), lobsters, pink and grey shrimp, large prawns, whelks, crab, and periwinkles. Meat lovers are not forgotten either: fillet, flank steak, sirloin steak, and rib steak (from €36 to €138). All with a focus on freshness and quality. A touch of sweet to finish your meal: a delicious coffee liégeois or a rich chocolate moelleux. 

Ask for advice, and you'll be helped to have wonderful times before weighing anchor (that's a figure of speech: the boat stays at the quay!).
