The Épicuriales team would like to say thank you!

The Committee of Epicuriales A heartfelt thank you to the many visitors who came to La Boverie Park from Thursday 5th to Monday 9th June. This event, a resounding success for its nineteenth edition, took place in the idyllic setting of the park, surrounding the Museum, spread between the Meuse and the Canal. Despite some occasional showers, the visitors' enthusiasm never waned, making this an exceptional year.

From now on, we are embarking on the preparation of our twentieth anniversary, which promises to be even more remarkable. The event will take place from Thursday 21st to Monday 25th May 2026. Mark these dates in your diary, as we are already anticipating good weather for the entire weekend. 

This edition of Épicuriales was hosted by nineteen Restoration attempts, including a fine selection of new exhibitors. Among them, the French group Gueuleton’s cuisine, designed for sharing and conviviality, stood out in particular. We were also delighted to welcome back many loyal exhibitors, which is testament to the event’s continued success and the quality of its organisation. These factors contribute to the growing reputation of Épicuriales.

The Plaza, a new addition this year, played a decisive role in the success of gastronomy at the heart of the event. We particularly appreciated the positive, dynamic, and smiling atmosphere that the chefs managed to create. Their exemplary collaboration illustrates the synergy between the chefs of Liège, of which we are proud. Gastronomy shone brightly, captivating an audience won over by the quality and diversity of the dishes on offer, the chefs' reputations, and their undeniable talent.

in the Try chefs, On the edge of a pond, no fewer than 25 chefs took turns presenting a dazzling selection of culinary discoveries from all over the world. The invigorating presence of the host, the smiling and relaxed service from a fantastic team, and the sun-drenched gifts from our partners (Côtes du Rhône wines, Charles Liégeois coffees, Caseus cheeses, Léonie ice cream desserts) created an incomparable atmosphere. The many guests (all sittings were fully booked!) were thus able to discover with delight the new trends in Liège and Parisian cuisine. 

Let's not forget the unsung heroes from Stake who have built and set up all the spaces with an incredible sense of rigour and good order. A big thank you also to Carmel Design and Adret & Ubac for having ensured the graphic, visual and digital communication. All this was made possible thanks to the unwavering support of our partners, who have faithfully accompanied us for over twenty years.
