Epicuriales Plaza The gourmet food court
Successfully launched at the 2025 edition, the’Epicurean Plaza is setting up for its second consecutive year at the entrance to the festival. The concept is simple and effective: nine leading chefs, each behind their counter, offer a Signature dish at a fixed price – 16 euros – which visitors collect themselves before taking a seat as they wish.
The Plaza is located within a large marquee and an adjoining terrace, for a total of 350 seats. In the centre, a central bar serves drinks. You choose your chef, place your order, and then take your seat. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the quality of the food is what you would expect from Les Epicuriales.
Nine chefs, nine signature dishes
The Plaza's chefs are selected from the region's most renowned establishments, listed on Gault&Millau. Each person offers a unique dish, conceived for the occasion, served at a fixed price of 16 euros.

How does it work?
We arrive, we tour the counters, we choose. No reservations, no set menu – just the freedom to compose your break according to your desires. Drinks are available at the central bar, and there's nothing to stop you from coming back the next day to try the chef you missed the first time.
The Plaza is open every day of the festival, free entry, at the same times as the rest of the Épicuriales.
A stopover, not a destination.
The Plaza is conceived as a breathing space within the gastronomic stroll – a way to take a breather between two marquees, or to start the afternoon before diving into the festival. For those who wish for an even more in-depth experience, the 18 restaurants under canvas allow for the composition of a multi-course meal, while the Chefs tent Proposes gourmet meals for lunch and dinner, by reservation only.
