Depuis quelques semaines, on a ainsi assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la naissance d\u2019un lieu d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gastronomie&nbsp;: le <strong>Wali\u00f2<\/strong>, un <a href=\"\/nl\/restaurants\/\">restaurant<\/a> sympathique&nbsp;mettant \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la cuisine napolitaine avec un jeune couple souriant et heureux d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent pour vous proposer ses id\u00e9es, ses d\u00e9couvertes et ses innovations&nbsp;: Vincenzo Calderone (aux fourneaux) et Roxane Carlozzi (en salle). Wali\u00f2, issu du dialecte napolitain, est utilis\u00e9 dans le Sud de l\u2019Italie pour interpeller un jeune gar\u00e7on sur un ton amical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cube de verre du \u00ab&nbsp;Pavillon&nbsp;\u00bb s\u2019ouvre sur un d\u00e9cor inspir\u00e9 dont le charme n\u2019est pas le moindre attrait. D\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e, on devient complice de ces beaux moments gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de Roxane et de son \u00e9quipe m\u00ealant sourire et efficacit\u00e9. A la bonne saison, la terrasse peut vous accueillir&nbsp;: calme et s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 garantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une isolation phonique bien r\u00e9ussie enjolive la chaleur du lieu. Le chef, \u0153uvrant dans sa cuisine dont on peut percer tous les secrets, n\u2019h\u00e9site pas de venir saluer les nouveaux arrivants et les aider dans la composition du repas. On travaille les produits locaux et authentiques dans une suite subtile de pr\u00e9parations bigrement talentueuses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine, le lunch (29 \u20ac) met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur il piatto di antipasti avant de servir une cr\u00e8me amoureusement compl\u00e9t\u00e9e de rigatoni, courgette et pancetta.&nbsp; Le menu (54 \u20ac) se compose de deux entr\u00e9es, un plat et un dessert suivant l\u2019inspiration du chef. Une carte \u00e0 choix bien balanc\u00e9e peut vous aider avec ses trois entr\u00e9es, trois plats et trois desserts&nbsp;; elle change toutes les six semaines au gr\u00e9 des saisons et des id\u00e9es du cuisinier. Les saveurs sont mises en valeur dans une suite tr\u00e8s personnelle mixant Italie, modernit\u00e9 et d\u00e9couverte&nbsp;: vitello tonato, petto di faraona ou tagliata di pesce ont retenu notre attention. \u00ab&nbsp;Une cuisine d\u00e9complex\u00e9e, \u00e0 la fois exigeante et accessible, simple et r\u00e9confortante&nbsp;\u00bb comme le souligne le chef. La carte des vins nous emm\u00e8ne faire le tour gouleyant de quelques propri\u00e9t\u00e9s italiennes bien choisies, \u00e0 prix aimables, sans oublier, des suggestions de&nbsp;vins&nbsp;au verre
