Objectif : rencontrer les chefs parisiens qui participent aux <strong>Epicuriales uit Luik<\/strong>, dont certains depuis maintenant 7 ans : <strong>St\u00e9phane J\u00e9go<\/strong> de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/lamijean.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ami Jean<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Flora Mikula<\/strong> de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aubergeflora.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Auberge de Flora<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Jean-Marc Notele<\/strong>t du <a href=\"https:\/\/caius-restaurant.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ca\u00efus<\/strong><\/a> ou encore <strong>Alessandra Montagne<\/strong> du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempero.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tempero<\/strong><\/a> pour ne citer qu&rsquo;eux &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous montons donc dans la voiture dimanche matin vers la capitale fran\u00e7aise et le premier arr\u00eat se fait dans les nouveau quartiers de Saint-Ouen : le d\u00e9jeuner se prendra chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yayarestaurant.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Yaya<\/strong><\/a>, bienvenue en Gr\u00e8ce ! On trouve aux manettes de ce restaurant les fr\u00e8res\u00a0<strong>Chantzios<\/strong> auxquels on doit l&rsquo;excellente marque d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives <a href=\"http:\/\/mykalios.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kalios<\/strong><\/a>, ainsi que d&rsquo;autres produits originaires de Gr\u00e8ce. C\u00f4t\u00e9 cuisine c&rsquo;est <strong>Juan Arbelaez<\/strong> qui y officie et qui livre une cuisine authentique et 100% faite maison &#8230; un r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour une assiette \u00e0 se partager \u00ab\u00a0PIKILIA\u00a0\u00bb comprenant : tzatziki, tarama, cr\u00e8me de fava, salade de pois chiche et pain maison \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive Kalios. Nous y retrouvons alors nos comparses parisiens pour partager un bon ap\u00e9ro et un bon repas. C&rsquo;est lors de ce moment convivial que nous avons longuement \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur des sujets divers tels que l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la gastronomie et notamment le sourcing aupr\u00e8s de producteurs locaux, le casting des chefs qui seront pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la <strong>15e \u00e9dition des Epicuriales dans le Parc de la Boverie \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge du 6 au 10 juin 2019<\/strong> ou encore les id\u00e9es d&rsquo;animations qui seront propos\u00e9es lors de la prochaine \u00e9dition &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sur la table : une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;amuses-bouches et autres terrines et rillettes, suivis d&rsquo;une magnifique noix d&rsquo;entrec\u00f4te qui avait cuit \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature un peu plus de 5 heures &#8230; une merveille !
