Ils ont recens\u00e9 anonymement les meilleurs restaurants du pays afin de composer un guide renfermant plus de 1.400 adresses, dont pas moins de 135 nouveaux venus et 163 progressions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le titre de chef de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 revient \u00e0 Glenn Verhasselt du restaurant\u00a0<strong>Sir Kwinten<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Lennik. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Glenn est sans aucun doute l&rsquo;un des meilleurs de sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Gault&amp;Millau se doit de mettre rapidement en lumi\u00e8re un talent aussi exceptionnel \u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, la palme des Jeunes chefs revient \u00e0 : Alex Verhoeven (restaurant\u00a0<strong>Hert<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Turnhout, restaurant\u00a0<strong>Seir<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Kasterlee et restaurant\u00a0<strong>Bink<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Turnhout) pour la Flandre; Franc\u0327ois-Xavier Simon (restaurant\u00a0<strong>Bistrot Blaise<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Marche) pour la Wallonie et Elliott Van de Velde (restaurant\u00a0<strong>Entropy<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 Bruxelles) pour la r\u00e9gion bruxelloise.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans conteste, le Gault&amp;Millau reste le Guide gastronomique le plus lu et le mieux renseign\u00e9. Les textes sont le reflet juste et correct des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des maisons cit\u00e9es.
